Originally specialising in Physical Education, Naomi transitioned into Mathematics and now serves as Head of Site at Spring Hill High School, bringing a calm, consistent, and strategic approach to daily leadership. Before Spring Hill High School, Naomi has worked in international schools in Spain and primary schools in Birmingham for the last 9 years. With a deep understanding of SEMH needs, she creates inclusive, structured environments that support both academic progress and emotional development. Naomi is committed to ensuring high expectations, and building meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff.
