Parents Survey

Towards the end of each academic year, parents at Spring Hill High School are asked for their opinions on the school’s development, strengths and areas for improvement.

If you would like to complete a survey download the Parent Questionnaire form by clicking on the button below. All completed questionnaires should be submitted via email to the [email protected] email address.

Feedback given is then utilised for future school improvement. For parents who would like to discuss the parent questionnaire or would like to make positive comments or constructive suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact the office on 0121 240 0992.
