Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts Theology, Level 2 Counselling Skills
Profile: Arron has worked with SHHS since 2015 where he started his career in the school as a Teacher of Humanities. During his time at SHHS he has had a number of roles, in 2017 he became Operational Leader and Head of Humanities from 2020-2023. He was also Staff governor from 2018-2021. In September 2022 he became the HoS for Woodend Lane which provides education for KS3 & KS4
students. Here Arron and his staff team encourage the younger students in their education and support them in overcoming any barriers to learning. In August 2023 he became the schools THRIVE Practitioner, embedding the THRIVE approach across all school sites.
