Qualifications: BA theology (Hons) Level 3 counselling.
Profile: Arron has worked within the Spring Hill for several years. During this time Arron has helped to develop the Humanities, PSHE department and has created a Travel Training scheme of work. Throughout this time he has ensured he has provided the highest level of care for those he has taught. Arron has become a site leader. Within this role he oversees that the health and safety requirements of the school are adhered to.
