Acting Associate Assistant Headteacher
Qualifications: QTLS, Sport and Exercise Science BSC.
Profile: Richard is an experienced teacher with a background in professional sport before making the move into Special Needs Education, to work as a behaviour specialist. While working in the Education sector Richard gained his QTLS status and has continued his learning journey within education. Richard has a focus on creating a social, safe and creative atmosphere whilst promoting socialisation and group learning to help students prepare for the outside world whilst providing a challenging but rewarding environment to get the best from our students.
Additional Responsibilties: Behaviour & Culture Lead, Designated Safeguarding Lead, Head of Site (Orchard Road), HoD Maths.
