Profile: Through his experiences working within the social care and education sectors, Sean has a vast experience supporting young people with a wide range of additional needs.
He is an enthusiastic, committed educator with a proven ability to understand and motivate children, and he strives to build student self-esteem and encourage understanding of cultural diversity, gender differences and physical limitations.
Sean is the associate assistant headteacher for school operations. Sean is also the schools designated Examinations Officer, SMSC & British Values Co-ordinator and Assessment Lead. Furthermore, Sean is also our Lead Teacher for Religious Studies and Business Studies & Head of Humanities.
