Profile: Through his experiences working within the social care and education sectors, Sean has vast experience supporting young people with a wide range of additional needs.
He is an enthusiastic, committed educator with a proven ability to understand and motivate children, and he strives to build student self-esteem and encourage understanding of cultural diversity, gender differences and physical limitations.
Sean's main role is to oversee the leadership of the school's operations, including monitoring the school's health and safety compliance, managing staff resources and leading our Head of Sites. Sean is also one of the school's Designated Safeguarding Leads.
