Associate Assistant Headteacher - Quality of Education
Qualifications: LLB (hons), CIPD, SCITT
Profile: Jess is an experienced teacher who was a middle leader in a mainstream secondary setting before making the move into Special Needs Education. She was the English & Literacy Lead for a year before becoming Associate Assistant Head Teacher with a focus on the quality of education at SHHS whilst continuing to lead English, Literacy and the schools ECT programme. She is dedicated to ensuring that the educational needs of all students are met and passionate that students are prepared for, and supported in, taking next steps in their future lives.
